The Board of Directors of China
Farm Equipment Limited (the "Company" or together with its
subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that Mr Xu Zhongyun will be
stepping down as Executive Director of the Company with effect on 1
September 2009.
Mr
Xu will be re-designated to General Manager of Business Development
Department of the Group and will spearhead this department which was
newly formed as part of the Group’s strategic planning.
The
Board would like to record its appreciation to Mr Xu for his valued
contributions during his tenure as Executive Director of the Company.
The details of Mr Xu as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual are contained in a separate announcement.
