& Trust Co of 588,000 shares, of Martin Currie Inc (“MCInc”) which

Substantial Shareholder has a deemed interest in by virtue of Section
7(4A)(b) of the Companies Act as the Substantial Shareholder and MCInc
are related companies in that they are wholly owned subsidiaries of
Martin Currie Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Martin Currie
(Holdings) Ltd.
