Trustee Ltd. of 321,000 shares, of Martin Currie Investment Management
(“MCIM”) which the Substantial Shareholder is interested in;

which the Substantial Shareholder has a deemed interest in by virtue of
Section 7(4A)(b) of the Companies Act as the Substantial Shareholder
and MCIM are related companies in that they are wholly owned
subsidiaries of Martin Currie Ltd.
